Pitch a Fit Memberships

Congrats to the following members for completing the program....

Brittany Lane, Bailey Key Lacey, McDougall, Haley Ward, Brooke Mizelle

Do you want to follow the footsteps of the great Pitch a Fit pitchers of the past?   Do you finally want to pitch that perfect game?  Well, Pitch a Fit is now offering the most dynamic and challenging Membership program in the nation.  Mr. Tim has constructed a powerful program that will challenge even the best in the land.  If you think you have what it takes, then come out and prove it.

Membership into Pitch a Fit will be considered by four factors.

1.  A total of 10 active memberships will be awarded at any given time. Each membership is for a 8 week period of time.  Memberships will be awarded 2 weeks before the following month's lesson scheduled is released.

2.  To be eligible for a membership a student must be able to perform the following according to their playing age group.

4.  At the beginning of the membership period Mr. Tim and the student will determine a realistic goal to obtain over the next 8 weeks.  To continue with another membership period, the student must achieve the agreed upon goal, plus be able to demonstrate the entry level skills.

Additionally, each member must have a Pro-ice pack, weighted balls (not 10U), spinner, 14 or 16 inch ball, and jump rope.

                                               Questions

Once you are a member, are you always in this program?  Not at all, it will be very difficult to continue this program year round.  Once you go through it two times, you may want to take a break from it.  Just demonstrate your entry level skills again and you can take up another membership period.

What if you aren't a member or elect not to continue with another 8 weeks of training?  No issues at all here. You just go back to the normal Pitch a Fit lesson schedule and when you want to do it again, then just meet the entry level skills and begin.

I have another sport that I play and it will be hard for me to practice 4 times a week.  This is fine, just don't sign-up for the 8 week program. Just go back to scheduling 2 lessons a month.  You may find that during this time period you will be assigned to another pitching instructor. Mr. Tim's will be focusing on the membership students primarily.

How do I become a member?  Notify Mr. Tim that you want to demonstrate the entry level skills. Once you demonstrate them and a membership is open, you will be offered a membership.

What if I can't practice 4 times a week?  This program is made for success and practice is a major part of it. You must be able to practice 4 times a week on your own.  You also must be able to exercise 2 times a week.

Do you have to be a member to get training by Mr. Tim?  Not at all, you are still eligible to sign up for lessons as always.  Four sessions a month are reserved for members only.  Mr. Tim's primary students starting September 2007 will be the membership students.

When does it start?  November 2008  Those interested in joining the program must demonstrate your entry level skills by the first week of Oct 08.  Once you informed Mr. Tim of wanting to be a member, then a time will be arrange for you review.
